In the district of Capira home to Los Altos de Campana National Park and only 54 km from the city of Panama, there is a Mountain Residence Community designed for relaxation and leisurely living.

This is why we are convinced our 84-acre, 24/7 access-controlled deed-gated community is a sanctuary: we are located within less than an hour drive from one of the most modern cities in Latin America, Panama city, and within 30 minutes from private and public health facilities, two paved roads allow access to our development, though there is plenty of water all around us there are no large rivers near us thus the threat of floods is almost non-existent, and there has never been an earthquake in the area we are located, Capira. Fire house and police station are only 5 miles away and mini-marts are available within 20-minute walk or a 3-minute drive. On top of all this, having a national park across the way guarantees us with plenty of fresh unpolluted air and water. And if this is not enough, we have devoted over 40% of this 84-acre development to open public spaces….need more?...We have it, our amenities include walking trails, a green belt, and to make sure we all stay active a 9-hole pitch & put golf course.

Our Property has been split into 2 phases. The first phase is comprised of 28 properties ranging in size from 1/3 acre (1,400 m2) to about 1 acre (4,000 m2). The second one includes 48 lots averaging close to 1/3 acre. The remaining area is mostly devoted to open spaces, water shed that protects our creek. The latter includes a walking trail where bird watching could become your hobby.

How to Buy

On our First Phase all homes are custom designed and there will not be two identical homes. Our construc_tion price starts at $92.93 per square foot ($1,000 per square meter). On the Second Phase there are three different size homes available; Trinity Vista at 1,302 ft2 (121m2), Adriana at 1,474.6 ft2 (137m2) and  Nicole at 1,657.6 ft2 (154m2). A fourth option will be available for the larger lots and it would stand at 2,045.14 ft2 (190 m2) in area.
Purchasing your property with us is very simple and straight forward. We hold the property of your choice up to 7 days with a minimum $1,000 reservation fee. This money is refundable; minus a small administra_  tion fee of $150.

Once you have decided to proceed, a 30% Down payment (minus the $1,000 reservation fee) will be required upon signing of the promise to purchase agreement. The remaining 70% may be paid by international wire transfer, irrevocable letter of payment drawn from a local bank acceptable to us.

Financing

We do offer two options for financing of the 70%. Our first option is a 12-month no     interest plan and the second option is a 42-month plan at a competitive rate*. Bank financing is also availa_ble from banks such as Global Bank Corp., Balboa Bank & Trust or Scotiabank.

Our Condo style mountain residence development is regulated by Panama´s Condominium legislation. Its CC & R’s are standard of any gated community. Its maximum monthly maintenance fee is $75.00 and it covers 24/7 access controlled gate, street lighting, social and green areas upkeep

Lot Pricing

Trinity Hills Valley is one of the most valuable investments for accquistion in the Republic of Panama. Our lot prices range from $35 to $45 per square meter. Investment potential exists when purchasing our properties.
